Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.   Booking deposits are non-refundable. Acceptable means of cancelling are by phone or text.  Messages left on social media are not an acceptable way to cancel an appointment as these are not checked as regularly.
